Does the recipient need an account?
No. FastSTNex is designed to eliminate recipient friction. When you share a link, the recipient can immediately view or download the files without signing up or creating an account.
How does PIN protection work?
If you set an optional PIN when uploading files, any visitor accessing the link must submit the exact PIN before decrypting or accessing the transfer details and download links.
How long are files stored?
By default, files are hosted for your selected retention period (24 hours to 30 days). Once the time window passes or download limits are reached, files are permanently deleted from our servers.
What file types are supported?
FastSTNex supports all file formats: images (PNG, JPG, SVG), video (MP4, MOV, WebM), audio, PDFs, office documents (DOCX, PPTX, XLSX), archives (ZIP, TAR, 7Z), and code repositories.
