1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FastSTNex websites, APIs, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use FastSTNex to upload, transfer, or distribute malware, ransomware, unauthorized intellectual property, child sexual abuse material, illegal content, or files that violate applicable international laws.
3. Automated Threat Mitigation
To preserve platform integrity and recipient protection, uploaded file packages may be evaluated by automated threat detection scanners for known malware signatures. Any detected hostile binaries are blocked immediately from distribution.
4. Limitation of Liability
FastSTNex provides secure file transfer tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we employ military-grade zero-knowledge encryption, FastSTNex is not liable for data loss resulting from forgotten passwords, lost hash fragment keys, or compromised user endpoints.
